ABOUT US
BRIGHT METAL started as a Cairo-based powder coating factory in 1995 when the first powder coating line was installed. After one year, the first powder production line was installed to meet market needs. The capacity of the first production line was limited to 50 kg/hour. In response to an increasing demand for our powder, a second powder production line with a capacity of 250 kg/hour was added in 1997.
After many years of experience and presence in both local and regional markets, a new step was taken in 1998 by installing the third powder production line with a capacity of 400kg/hour.
In 2010, another powder coating line was established to offer effective solutions for different shapes and dimensions.
We further expanded in 2017 by installing the following facilities in our factory:
- NO-FROST EVAPORSTORS LINE
- ROLL BOND EVAPORATORS LINE (Ex Rubanox/CGA Chambery)
- ULTRASONIC TUBE WELDING
BRIGHT METAL is unique in having a complete integration between all of its production lines, so these new investments will bring more life to our powder coating and production lines. Now, with this new challenge, we hope to enter all the homes and become part of every family’s life with our components for refrigeration.
